I just received my acceptance letter for my MBA from INSEAD. I could not have gotten this far without your help, Sam!
In retrospect, why did I chose your tutoring? I can think of two things that placed you above the rest:
The first is the intake process: I was asked several questions about my academic interests.
The second is that your tutoring is committed not just to helping me study for the GMAT to get a higher score than I would have without the tutoring, but, more importantly, you were committed to helping me understand how I learn and how to maximize my study skills. So what I was gaining was not limited to improved test scores.
Raising test scores is great, but it is used to help get into the school of my choice. The real payoff is in the self-knowledge and self-confidence that I gained. That knowledge and confidence will serve me during my academic career.

The employment rate for people in the age range of 15-24 years has been falling. It is due to the increase in the length of education. Whereas, the employment rate of people in the age range of 50-64 years has been increasing since 1990 due to an increase in the age of retirement.
For MBA graduates, the most relevant age group is 25-49 years. As apparent in the exhibit above, the employment rate for this age group has consistently remained over 75% since 1975. Over the past 2 decades, the employment rate has reached closer to 80%. Due to technological disruption, the demand for cross-functional skills has been increasing in the workforce. An MBA from a reputed school located in France provides options to specialize in specialized functions such as consulting and retail. Since the foundation courses in an MBA include traditional subjects such as accounting, finance, marketing, statistics, etc, developing specialized expertise as a major in an MBA provides a cross-functional edge to excel in the workforce.
Older workers in the workforce are more likely to be craftsmen, shopkeepers, heads of business, or farmers. Younger workers often hold positions in clerical, sales and services, industrial or blue-collar professional categories. The exhibit below indicates employment by socio-professional categories and age range in 2021. MBA graduates are more likely to be hired in managerial and executive functions depending on their pre-MBA work experience.
